We all understand creativity is the core process behind new products, services, new thought patterns, but where does creativity come from? Is it some sort of talent some people have and others juts envy or do we all have access to creativity?

Creativity is a skill that anyone can learn. Lateral Thinking is therefore, the way we break the routine though patterns of our brain and take steps towards the new. The Lateral Thinking workshop presents some easy techniques that anyone can deploy in their decision making process that would produce new ideas instead of waiting for them to happen.

Participants to this workshop will be challenged to think outside the box and find creative solutions to brain puzzles, riddles and games thus getting accustomed to the process of Lateral Thinking. Useful for anybody that needs to be creative in their everyday tasks, this content can be adapted to corporate environment as a one day training generating a creativity boost in your organization.

What you will learn during this workshop:

  • how to generate new ideas by challenging assumptions
  • how to look at problems from a variety of angles
  • how to generate ingenious alternatives to obvious solutions
  • how to come up with a new product or service
  • how to impress in a job interview as companies are looking more and more into lateral thinking and creativity

The public workshop in PORT Coworking Karlin, on the 18th of September is a Pay What You Think It's Worth event, meaning that a small contribution is expected for the room rental, logistic, print outs and so forth.

The individual workshop is built around the problem/situation you are facing. We work together on your project showing you the practical ways of generating alternative solutions, restructuring insight, out-of-the-box thinking. This can be about sales development, distribution channels, product development, UI, branding and all other needs of a start up.
