The Korean Mid Autumn Festival is a harvest festival that celebrates the autumn harvest. It is held on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar. On this day, people eat mooncakes, which are round cakes filled with red bean paste or other fillings. They also drink rice wine and eat other traditional Korean foods.
