Chuseok is a traditional Korean holiday that celebrates the harvest. It is also known as the Korean Thanksgiving. Families gather together and give thanks for the food they have been able to harvest. They also share food and memories with one another. Chuseok is a time to reflect on the past year and to give thanks for all the blessings that have been received.
